It might sound schizophrenic when hearing the name of alex bau..s new album “being wayne sidorsky…”, but if you take a closer look you will understand very fast that this guy wayne sidorsky is much more as a simple fantasy figure. wayne is the personalized love to techno in its classic sense. in times of a uncontrollable flood of electronic music, the danger of losing this love is quite present, but it..s still possible to find good music without any doubt. it..s hard, like fighting through a jungle of uncountable releases every week, so the question is: what makes this album so special?
it..s very simple, while others might have lost their way over the last years, turned to hypes and trends, alex.. new album “being wayne sidorsky…” is a clear statement, a clear commitment to techno! it would have been easy to put a shuffle on all the tracks to make them appearing more “minimal”, or to use some conga-loops to make some of the tracks accessible for houselovers, but no! it..s all about techno, something which alex.. name was always related to. alex kept word and continued with what he loves and which led him to internationally highly respected labels like clr or sino and gigs all over the planet. it..s techno, this is what alex.. name stands for ever since, and it..s not an accident that his label is named “credo” as he believes in techno when it comes to music. it..s not about leaving out new influences, but there has always been minimal or house music, it..s not something new, it..s one part of the big picture and you have to find your own way and style to paint your own picture. it..s all about colors, not shades, making a clear statement and following your path.
alex bau has defined the way he has been taking over the last years in a very impressive way. he exactly knows how much to be created with only a few samples, fragments and grooves. these are the tools of contemporary techno, just like melodies and harmonies are the key for good popmusic.

Der Bürgerliche Name von BASTian W ist schlicht Sebastian Weiser und er kommt aus der Parkstadt Wörlitz. Das Licht der Welt erblickte er 1977 in der Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Bastian trat 1984 das erste Mal in die Fußstapfen seines Vaters, der damals Gittarist in einer Band war. Jedoch war es eine Trompete die ihm 7 Jahre Erfahrungen und Vergnügen brachte. Er schaffte es sogar, zum 40 Jahrestag der DDR im Spielmannzug Halle, an Honecker und Co vorbei zu Marschieren um diesen Bezirk Musikalisch zu präsentieren. Auf Grund der Art der Musik trat er im Reiferen alter aus diesem Verein aus und lernte durch Freunde das Auflegen kennen. Für ihn war ein neues Gefühl gefunden, um Musik seiner Art zu spielen , auch wenn sein Vater dies als „Büchsenmusik“ bezeichnete. Nach vielem üben im eigenen Kellerstudio und das machen von Bekanntschaften kam im Jahr 1999 die Idee ein Label zugründen. „Leveltrauma“. Leveltrauma war als erstes ein Veranstaltungsname, der sich bewies und sich mit seiner Musik durchsetzte. Im Jahr 2000 nahm er mit seiner Crew den ersten Resident job an; Beat Keller Rehsen. Durch den intensiven harten Style erreichte er viele Erfolge, durch die er weiter Auftritte bekam. Diese werden später in der Diskographie erwähnt. BASTian W wechselt 2001 nach Zerbst in den Jungle Club, wo er bis heute als Resident tätig ist und sein Publikum auf Brennenden Fliesen tanzen lässt. Der Erfolg den er dadurch Erzielte verhalf ihn zu zahlreichen Interviews in Radio und Zeitung, dies war der Grund für die Aufnahme in der Agentur Fine Art's Promotion und Events. Nach dem Motto “Musik ist leben“ arbeitet er mit den DJ's von seiner Leveltrauma-rec.de Crew, ILL Dadies und den Veranstaltern von Fine Art's Promotion und Events z.B. Soundinvasion und den Jungle Club Zusammen. Für diese Agentur macht er nebenbei noch die Bookings und Plant die Veranstaltungen im Jungle Club.
In 2002 - recall 8 was announced as the resident dj in the cult club achtermai in chemnitz and carsten rechenberger an ambitious young dj from thesleepy annaberg - buchholz in east-germany. Room 10 is Guet and Hector, a dynamic duo with multiple and complementary influences hailing from Paris, France.
In 1995, Guet starts his career as a DJ, mixing hard and dark tunes, like hardcore. Progressively, he goes into new sounds, deeper and more jazzy, with techno, drum'n'bass and deep house. In 2002, he starts a new journey called !nfraJazz with musicians playing acoustic parts on his drum'n' bass and deep house mixes. After weekly parties, it goes on, on Vallée fm radio (96.6 FM, www.valleefm.fr), every Thursday and he also hosts “Back to the Underground”, the weekly minimal electro radio show.
Hector starts music in 1981. He leaves Chile with his parents. In France, he studies during 11 years classical music and plays with different bands.Afterwards, he discovers dub reggae and jazz. In 1994 he starts 10 years of electronic with jungle. In 1999, he meets Dj Mars from Time Bomb records (french Hip-Hop) and they have worked together on his album:Dj Mars (march 2000/Delabel). Since 2002, he is as resident and radio programmer on Vallée fm 98.4. The same year, he starts a new weekly radio show called "Chile con Mix and "Minimo" in 2008.
These two guys met at Vallée fm studios. Both of them have already listened to their respective shows and like the style and sound! So, Guet invites Hector as guest in his radio show. After long talk about their musical tastes, they decided to work together on a track, as a test… At this time, they didn’t know yet that it was the beginning of Room 10!
siz.da is a part of the electronic music community since the mid-ninetees. Her addiction to electronic rhythms was not at least driven by her intensive passion for dancing and acrobatics. Grewing up in an artistic family siz.da became a professional contortion artist with regular appearances in theatres and acrobatic events around Germany. Beside the performances she went out to experience the Berlin electronic scene of these years and gained a deep interest for the club culture and housy grooves.
In the beginning of 2002 she became the moving part of KLUBRADIO (klubradio.de) / BOOTLAB (bootlab.org) producing her own radio shows broadcasted live from clubs of Berlin like WMF, Ostgut, Tresor and Sternradio. During the following 4 years her main interest was just listening to music, get inspiration from the artists and to enable the live shows for the growing community of the radio. The experiences from this time defined her feel for music and club culture until today.
In summer 2004 siz.da dared her first steps on own music productions. Having an exceptional talent for the controlling of electronic devices motivation came up fast. She developed her skills as a frequency nerd and prepared first live acts. A series of gigs around well known clubs later she got signed as a solo artist and also teaming up assiz.da & l.a.r.s released on NUMBOLIC in 2009. Expect some more deep and groovy listening and dancing pleasure in the next future...
A party, lot's of people and music playing, two people meet and bam: DJ Campell & DJ Crossid. They make music together for all to enjoy at parties. The Sexinvaders are a prime example for a musician's duet of the top class. They epitomize the possibility that also a DJ can be entertainer. They are innovative and full of contrasts with a right flair of modern house music. DJ Campell comes from East-Berlin and DJ Crossid from South Germany. Campell has long-standing producer's experience. Crossid was a successful rock guitarist in his youth. A few years ago both have discovered their love for dj-ing. It must be Electronica, House, New Rave, and a little Trash. .... Since August, 2006, Campell and Crossid are The Sexinvaders - with huge success. They are booked throughout international (Germany, Latvia, Poland, Switzerland, Thailand, etc.).
